Orders and Payments
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, All payments made on our site are secured with industry-leading 128-bit encryption keys. We do not store or sell any customer payment information.
Shipping and Delivery
- As of 2024, we only ship to the United States.
- All orders ship via USPS (1 to 5 business days delivery) from our office and office in San Rafael, CA (just north of San Francisco).
-Shipping to the United States is $6.95 for all orders up to $79.99.
Orders over $80 ship free.
- We ship to all 50 states, but we are unable to ship to US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
- All orders ship within 1 business day.
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday excluding bank of mail holidays.
All packages we ship are fully insured.
We also provide a tracking number and order number in your email receipt.
Returns and Refunds
We hold our products to the highest standards in the industry: our own. If part of your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, or if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we’ll send you a free, prepaid label so you can box it up and send it back for a full refund.
If you start on a project and change your mind, that’s okay, too. We accept returns that are used or missing the original packaging. We’ll issue your refund once we receive and process your return.
